-HIIT Circuit on stationary bike reps x12
-20 sec max intensity and resistance
-60 sec low intensity and resistance
-Ab Circuit
-Plans until failure
-Flutter kicks until failure
-Inverse broomstick twists until failure


Food Consumed


Breakfast: 10oz Milk, 2 cups Honey Bunches of Oats.
Lunch: 3oz Whole Wheat Pita, 5oz Tavern Ham, 1oz Salami, 2oz tomatoes, 2oz jalepeno peppers. 
Dinner: 10oz chicken breast, 6oz green beans, 1 slice whole wheat bread, 2tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 banana. 
Snacks: 9 tortilla chips, banana, apple.
